Procedure for placing and fulfiling an order
In order for the graphic design of the order to be completed, the ordering party is obliged to send all necessary information and guidelines regarding the individual design by e-mail or by ordering the product in the online store at www.golden-panther.com/shop . This information consists of:
- colours
- dimensions (suit, motorcycle, seat and others if they differ from the standard ones)
- logo designs in .pdf, .cdr, .eps, .ai, .jpg, .png formats (only in resolution above 800x600px)
- placement of logos
- number of pieces
The deadline for the execution of the graphic design is calculated from the date of payment of the advance and provision of the above-mentioned information necessary for the execution of this project.
The deadline for the fulfilment of the entire order is determined individually.
Only orders placed by e-mail or orders placed in the online store are honoured.
Any other forms of placing orders and accepting changes are not binding.
The project will be implemented for production only after receiving an email with the final acceptance of the customer and paying the previously agreed advance payment.
Acceptance means the approval of the entire project for execution, both in terms of graphics and text. Responsibility for any letter errors lies with the inspector and acceptance of the order for production.
Payment of the entire amount must be made before sending the goods to the customer, excluding separate cooperation agreements.
The price of shipping depends on the customer's place of residence.
The amounts given in the price list are net amounts in the case of wholesale orders between B2B companies. The prices in the store are gross prices.
We only consider complaints within 7 days of receiving the ordered products by the customer.
After 7 days from the delivery of the products, the complaint is not taken into account.
We recommend a personal visit to the company store located at ul. Victory 28A in Lębork in order to accurately collect measures. = otherwise we are not responsible for the dimensions given by the customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that he has read and accepted the company's regulations.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and fulfil a sales and delivery contract.
Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time.
We guarantee the fulfilment of all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as to object to the processing of your personal data.
Your data may be transferred to the following entities:
1. processors in connection with activities commissioned by the company carried out on behalf of the companies (delivery)
2. entities or bodies authorised by law.
Therefore, if you do not consent to the processing of data by our company, please send a message with such information and do not send us any personal data.

THE PROCESS OF SEWING A CUSTOM-MADE SUIT IS TIME-CONSUMING, IT REQUIRES COLLECTING ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS, PREPARING THE PROJECT AND THIS APPLIES TO BOTH SPEEDWAY AND ROAD OVERALLS. The situation is the same with accessories that are fully personalised.
Order in advance and get a discount!
In October you can count on a 15% discount on all personalized motorcycle products.
In November the discount is 10%
The condition for obtaining a discount is to place an order in October or November and pay an advance payment.
We can schedule the implementation for a later date.
Remember, however, that we must have your dimensions and a preliminary concept of the project on December 15 at the latest.
